CMM Inspection allows our machinists and inspection team to quickly and accurately check
extremely complex parts while running production. The CMM is great for repeatability and
removes any operator error. Our inspection equipment can measure parts to the .0001 of
an inch, which is the thickness of a hair, sliced longways 30 times.

Inspection Services

  1. CMM Inspection
    CMM stands for Coordinate Measuring Machine.
    These
    machines work by a probe touching off the surfaces of
    a part then
    calculating the distance or size from one
    surface to another.
  2. Faro Arm Inspection
    Faro Arms are used for touching the part
    manually
    with a probe and are ideal for small quantities.
  3. Light and Shadow Inspection
    We use Keyence Machines, Flash,
    and Scienscope for
    measurements using light and shadows. These are
    great
    for profiles and hole locations but may not be
    suitable for tight tolerances.
