Our company follows a strict quality control process, from raw material procurement, production, to finished product inspection, adhering to ISO 9001 quality management standards. We provide detailed quality reports and support third-party inspections specified by customers. Additionally, customers can provide feedback during production, and we will promptly respond and make necessary adjustments to ensure the product quality meets your standards.

Delivery time depends on the complexity and quantity of the order. Generally, for small batch production, the delivery time is 2-4 weeks, while large batch production may take 6-8 weeks. We provide a detailed time assessment upon receiving the order and specify the delivery date in the contract. Additionally, we have flexible production capabilities to handle urgent orders and shorten delivery times.

Our pricing is based on factors such as materials, machining time, surface treatment, and shipping costs. We provide a detailed quotation with all costs clearly listed, with no hidden fees. If additional costs arise during production, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent.

 

We take the protection of customers' intellectual property very seriously. All design files and materials provided by customers are kept strictly confidential. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with our customers to ensure that your designs and information are not disclosed. We have comprehensive internal management systems and measures to prevent unauthorized access and use.

If the received products do not meet your requirements, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide return, rework, or other solutions based on the actual situation. We have a comprehensive after-sales service process to ensure that all issues are resolved promptly without affecting your project schedule.

We offer highly customized services, including design, material selection, and machining processes. Customers can communicate their needs with our engineering team via email, phone, or video conference. We will provide detailed technical support and recommendations based on your requirements and offer sample confirmation before production.

We provide transparent order tracking services. Customers can monitor the order progress through our online system or a dedicated account manager. We proactively notify customers at key stages (such as production start, inspection, shipment) and provide progress reports. You can also contact our customer service team for the latest order status.

We support CNC machining of various materials, including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, titanium alloys, and various plastics. We recommend suitable materials based on your product requirements. If you have specific material needs, you can discuss them with our technical team, and we will assess feasibility and provide solutions.
